School Rules

Session / TERM DATES:

Session Begins in April and ends in March. Dates of re-opening and closing of term are announced well in advance. All parents are required to strictly adhere to these dates.
Please also ensure that students return to school neatly dressed and in their full uniform.

FEES:
  • Fees should be paid in cash by the, After 7th a late fee of Rs 100 per week will be charged. In any event all dues must be paid on or before the 7th of every month. All dues must be paid in full. Payments in installments are not acceptable. In case of Fee defaulters, the School will have to take the extreme option of sending the students home if bills are not paid on time.
  • The Fee currently in force is as per the Fee Schedule and forms part of the School Prospectus. The School management is at liberty to revise the Fee Structure at any time.
  • Security Deposit: Security deposit equivalent to one term fee is charged at the time of admission time and adjusted or refunded (on demand) when the student has left the School. Any security deposit lying unclaimed with the school for a period of more than three years after the student has left the school will be forfeited in favour of the School.
  • Any other Government Taxes/ Cess Shall be borne by the parents.
  • That no Fees will be refunded and will stand forfeited in favour of the school if the student is unable to complete the schooling during a term for any reasons other than medical grounds.
  • WITHDRAWALS:
  • Students who do not benefit from the School or make little progress may be asked to leave.
  • Students caught cheating; bullying or bringing disrepute to the school by/ through any form of behaviour not acceptable to the school will be expelled. The Principal’s decision in these matters is final.
  • No charges will be made in case the letter intimating the intention to withdraw reaches us before the dates specified below
  • Before the 15th of June (for the Autumn term)
  • Before 30th of December (for the Spring term)
  • Half term fee will be charged if the letter intimating the intention to withdraw reaches the School:
  • After 15th June but before the reopening of the School (for Autumn term) and After 30th December but before the reopening of the school (for Spring term).
  • Full term fee will be charged if the student is withdrawn after school reopens.
  • Leaving the School:

    Whenever a student leaves School / finishes from the School, his belongings must be collected within one months of leaving of the School, failing which the School authorities shall be free to dispose of /donate the same.

    FOOD/ ANY OTHER ITEM:

    No item e.g. Deodorants, Perfumes, Clothes etc is permitted to be brought inside the School premises. If a child is found with tuck or any other item, these will be confiscated. Any Parcel/ Packet/ Baggage transported by a Visitor/ Student will be inspected at the gates by the authorized staff and GUARDS, who have been empowered to do so. Parents are advised not to enter into any altercation with the guards, should there be some area of differences, but to contact the appropriate authority.

  • For Girls
    off white shirt ( Half Sleeve), Dark Brown (Tunic) Skirt, Dark brown socks, Black shoses, school tie, School Belt
  • Winter Uniform

    Dark brown pullover, Dark brown woollen pant, Brown Blazer, Brown Woollen socks
  • For Girls
    Dark brown pullover, Dark brown woollen pant, Brown Blazer, Brown Woollen socks
  • P.T Uniform on P.T Days (Friday)
    White Shirt, White Shorts , white canvas Shoes and white socks
    uniform is available in the school.

    School Timings

    8.30 a.m to 1.00 p.m upto class prep

    EXPENSIVE ITEMS

    Students are not allowed to bring any expensive personal items / gadgets such as i-pods, cameras, memory storage device (CD/ USB device) with them. In case a student brings any expensive gadget with him, the school cannot be held responsible for its safety. No electrical devices/appliances are to be brought to school by the students. These will be confiscated.

    MOBILE PHONES

    The possession and use of mobile phones is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Students with such instruments in their possession will be severely punished. In addition, the mobile phones will be confiscated and will not be returned under any circumstances. Possession of mobile phone is liable to attract stringent disciplinary action. Visitors are advised not to let any student use their mobile phones except their own ward while on the campus, under any circumstances.

    SECURITY
  • Parents/Guardians/Visitors are also requested not to bring any arms/weapons or any armed guards inside the campus.
  • We further wish to add that guards have been asked to be courteous, polite but firm. However, they have their limitations. We regret any inconvenience caused to you in the process, which is for a good cause and request your kind cooperation in this regard. It has been our experience that some parents/visitors become involved in arguments with the Guard. You are requested to avoid such an embarrassing situation.
    Environment code:

    The School is a “Tobacco Free Zone” and visitors are requested NOT to bring/consume any form of tobacco on the School premises. The School has been declared a “Plastic Free Zone” and the use of plastic on the Campus is strictly forbidden. Visitors are requested NOT to bring any plastic on to the Campus.

    Honesty code:

    Cheating in the examination is treated as an act of dishonesty and the school takes a very dim view of such cases. Any student found cheating shall be awarded zero mark and shall be under strict observation. However, repetition of any such act shall result in expulsion from the school. Cases of plagiarism too will be treated as “Cheating”.

    Important Note:

  • The Principal’s decision in all disciplinary matters is final and binding.
  • The School Rules are subject to revision from time to time.
